We have Personal Trainers who specialise in everything from weight loss, hypertrophy, athletic performance, general health and wellness to specific strength work. Suitable for everyone from new gym users through to seasoned gym-goers who want to mix it up a little with some fresh routines, our Personal Trainers can devise tailored programs that are designed to meet your specific needs.
Whilst exercise classes or trips to the gym on their own can work well for some people, for many others, Personal Training is the best option. Personal Training involves working with a skilled fitness professional to decide on the best plan and routine to help you achieve your goals.

I began my journey in the gym at around 16 years old. Little did I know that taking that little step would be the first of many, which over the next 10 years or so completely reshaped my life.
I’m passionate about making exercise something you fall in love with. Making healthy choices for your body is a lifestyle, and I’m here to help you implement structure and make changes which feel good, and suit your goals whether that be body building related, performance/sport or simply training to move your body and feel good.

I am a Personal Training and Exercise Scientist. I graduated from Deakin in 2021 and have working in the industry for 3 years now.
I have been an in-house PT and class instructor before and am now going out on my own.
I am very passionate about health and fitness and love sharing my passion with other people whether it be training with them, creating programs or just having a chat about healthy behaviors.
I am a big believer in incorporating a large variety of training styles and exercising because you want to, not because you have to!

Sports have been a big part of my life since young and I started working out after my arrival to Australia to study at around two years ago. I quickly fell in love with it because result came according to the effort and time I put in. Also, it allows me to enlarge my social circle and help with my confidence.
I would love to help people who want to reach their own fitness goals or improve their sport performance with the knowledge that I learnt from my Exercise and Sport Science backgrounds and my experience in bodybuilding.
